Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

Shipping times may vary between custom and non-custom items. For custom items, please anticipate 4 to 6 weeks for your item to be delivered from the day you purchased it. Tracking numbers will be emailed once the item is shipped and you may access this at any time via the shipping provider used. For all other orders please anticipate 7-14 business days.

Return Policy

Custom items that were made to order cannot be returned. We advise that you check the spelling and make sure everything is entered correctly. In the event that an item is made to order and made incorrectly, it will be investigated and the proper item will be shipped out free of charge. We do not refund money on custom orders but we will correct a mistake if done on our end. In the event that a name was incorrectly spelled and given to us, we will fix it to the correct spelling at a correction charge of $10.
