What is your return policy?
All items including custom items that have been made to order are non-refundable. The only exception to this is if your item arrived damaged. In the event of a custom item being damaged during shipping or spelled incorrectly, you must contact us upon receiving the item for further assistance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do offer digital gift cards that can be purchased up to $100. These gift cards will be emailed to you as a code which you can input on our site to purchase and check your balance.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through paypal.
How long is your shipping?
Shiping times depend on the item being ordered. Custom items may take up to 6 weeks to arrive, but usually arrive within 4.
